Thomas Arends joins Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty after serving as the Director of Player Personnel at the University of Oregon. During his tenure with the Ducks, Arends lead a football recruiting outfit that produced back-to-back-to-back No. 1 overall classes in the Pac-12, including a 2021 group that finished third nationally, the best class in Oregon history.

A Sisters, Oregon native, Arends graduated with a degree in Applied Economics and Business from the University of Oregon.

Thomas’ background and familiarity of both Central and Southwestern Oregon housing markets provides invaluable experience.

Thomas joins his father, Phil Arends, as a partner in the Arends Realty Group at Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty.
